The ink cartridges arrived just a few days after I placed the order in a very small padded envelope. Each cartridge was individually shrink-wrapped. The did NOT arrive in the depicted packaging with the HP logo on it.

To date I have only installed one of the cartridges -- the light cyan one. The cartridges are identical in size and shape to the HP cartridges I had bought in the past, however they are made of solid-colored plastic with no markings on them.

The cartridge installation went smoothly, and the printer's estimate of its ink level indicates 100%. Notable by its absence was the "official HP ink cartridge verified" message that I normally get after installation of a new cartridge.

Since installation of the new cartridge, I have encountered no problems of any kind.

Based on the limited experience I have so far with these, I would recommend them as a very cost-effective alternative to the full-priced HP cartridges.

I figure I saved over thirty dollars by buying this set. The individual cartridges fit perfectly and seem to work as well as the ones from the office supply stores, but at a much lower cost.

I ordered a this set of ink cartridges and when I went to install them, two of them did not work. I emailed saying that two of them did not work and asking if I could get replacements. They had another full set shipped that day for the inconvenience and overnighted to ensure that I was satisfied. The new set worked just fine and now I have a few extra cartridges. That service alone will guarantee me ordering from them again!
