Animorphs - The Invasion Series, Part 2: Nowhere to Run

Description

If you know the difference between an Andalite and a Yeerk, then you'll easily become engrossed in this video, which contains three episodes of the Animorphs television series. Even if you're not hooked on the series of sci-fi books that are sweeping grade schools, there's enough inherent drama to draw you in and clues to help you figure it out. Each installment involves high drama: the teens are chased by bad guys and morph into animals as they deal with high-anxiety trauma. In one episode, the teens meet Ax, a wild-looking Andalite creature who falls from space to help them fight the resident bad guys, the parasitic Yeerks. In the best segment, Cassie--one of the morphing teens--can't stop turning into a crocodile against her will. The solution? She burps up the beast. Gross? Yep, and totally kid cool. --Valerie J. Nelson

Customer reviews for 'Animorphs - The Invasion Series, Part 2: Nowhere to Run'

«Well.....................................»

It could have been more realistic, but the special effects were good, the andalite ship looked cool, the music fit the movie, & it was darmatic ( I know, I spelled it wrong! sorry.) Over all it was okay, but they should have followed the books better. Read the books first, but the movie is worth watching. It has really good graficis. Howenver, they need to make everything ( espeillay the andalites) more realistic. And they seriously need to take out that part where Visser 3 pretends to be an adalite and goes, "Andalite cousin....." That is annoying & stupid. This was a good movie, though. Don't buy it, but get it from a libaray. It's worth watching.

«Well, it's okay.......................»

I really like the books, but the movie twisted things around WHAY to much. To start:A)Where's Marco's sense of humor? B)Why does Visser 3 spend so much time in human morph? C)Ax is found in the ocean, NOT the construction site! D) Andilites DO NOT have manes! Where'ed they get that idea? E) After the first setence, Ax speaks perfectly- where's the stuttering? F) Why is Ax always in human morph? G)Why can't we ever see an ENTIRE andalite? H) THERE IS NO DISK! I)Andalite have 7 NOT 5 fingers J)Rachel is an ELEPHANT, not a lion, and Marco is a grorrila K)Where are the morphing outfits? L) Ax is supposed to be a technaligical genius M) Where's Cassie's morphing talent?
Now that I'm done griping, I have to say, the special effects are ok. The morphing is cool, very realistic. I like the acting, they got Ax's fixation on taste very well. They protray Visser 3's personality very well. If it had been a little more true to the books, it would have been AWESOME!!!

«ANIMORPHS VIDEO # 2- NOWHERE TO RUN!!!!!!!!»

I am so sick of people saying about how its Rachel not Cassie-WE KNOW THAT! Even though they don't make them the same did any of you ever think that maybe most TRUE Animorphs fans who have read the books would want something diffrent????Well this video is great even if all you people who aren't true Animorphs fans don't think so!!!!!!!!
