I love this eye liner. it is awesome. my only thing is that it is hard to get off. it seems with with water and makeup remover, i can still see some of it on. but i still love it

«The best liner EVER»
Don't be fooled by the cheap price. I first bought this at a little country fair in Wells Vermont (it has two roads. Seriously.) for $1, and I was like, what have I got to lose. And I have never been satisfied with any other blue liners since. I have brown eyes, and navy blue liner brings out brown really well (it's what Catherine Zeta Jones uses to make hers really pop). I keep losing this one (because it's purse sized and because I lose everything haha). So own liners from just about every drugstore brand out there. No navy blue liner even comes CLOSE! This one is now the only one I will use. Period. I am ordering them 5 at a time just because I couldn't bear the thought of these ever being discontinued! the short little stick lasts a long time even though it's small. Be warned, it smudges easily. But it creates a really sexy smudgy look easily. And it's so worth it. Just keep a mirror on hand and don't rub your eyes. But I LOVE this liner. It really does just glide on. You don't have to use any pressure at all.
