«Great Workout.Love it»
I suffered a terrible fall down the stairs of my college dring Setptember.My legs were badly injured,puffy,and black and blue.I couldn`t workout for about 10 days straight.I thought that I was doomed,I couldn`t go any longer without doing any workout tapes.I eventually grabbed this tape to start up again after my injury,I loved it.I got totally back in gear using this tape.I was hard at first,but I eventally started going tough the whole thing with no worry.Now I am back on schedule with my workout plan and my videos after the horrible injury.Tamilee goes through a series of great easy to follow,but effective moves on the floor.These moves target the legs,hamstrings,and glutes.It was hard at first after the accident to do all the moves,but after a few times I am back on track.This is a great workout for beginners,intermediate,and advanced.I highly say give this video a chance.

«Great video!»
This is the first exercise video that I have been able to follow and keep doing (I am a bit uncoordinated). Tamilee provides excellent instruction and good motivation without being too corny. The routine goes by quickly (almost too fast) and I can feel the burn in my lower body when I am finished. I really like the video and I am able to do the routine twice a week without dreading it. I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to work on their lower body but isn't able to do a lot of lunges or follow complicated steps.
