Each can holds about nine oysters the size of your thumb. You taste the smoke, but the oyster is still the star. The texture is firm, not mushy. The oil doesn't detract from the flavor of the oysters at all. I even sop up the leftover oil with bread because it's so flavorful, or if I'm feeling generous, give it to the dog who loves it as well.

«yummy oysters!»
These oysters are so good and such a great healthy alternative to being put in cottonseed oil. Sizes of the oysters kind of fluctuate- some are huge and some are tiny, so its like a surprise with each one that you open. This product is very tasty.
