«What a find!»
When I was diagnosed with Type Diabetes last year, a low-carbohydrate diet proved to be the best approach to managing my blood glucose, along with an oral medication. Pasta sounded like a thing of the past. Dreamfields pasta does not have an adverse effect on my blood glucose. I'm not qualified to enter the debate about whether the product is "truly" low carb. Perhaps diabetics should find out for themselves. I do know that it has a great taste, texture and consistency, and I am now a repeat buyer of this fine product!

Wow! Dreamfields is awesome! My husband is type 1 diabetic, and I follow a controlled carb lifestyle with him. Our daughter even loves this stuff! A lot of low carb foods are just plain tasteless, and often the texture just doesn't work well. These pastas are wonderful! Taste, texture, everything is great. And, yu can trust me, I'm Italian! :)

Not at all as wonderful as described in the literature Mahota's blood sugar shot up after she ate the whole box at one sitting. She says she still thinks they say it has insulin in it. The advertising is not too clear.
