This is an "ester" based, non-petroleum, fuel reformulator. when mixed with combustible fuel it simply allows the carbons to be released more efficiently, thereby providing for a "cleaner" burn utilizing more fuel and less carbon leftovers. This REALLY WORKS! I've been using in my vehicles for over two years and have seen a tremendous difference in power, mileage, emissions, and maintenance. Great for personal, industrial, commercial, and governmental use. We've had about 5% of cars report no or less mileage. This is due to the car's computer readjusting the mixture to make up for the leaner flow. Many people disocnnect thebattery for a few hours to reset the emissions control. then they report mileage improvement.

«Don't waste your money and time on Ethos Gas Treatment.»
I bought three 16 oz. bottles and followed the directions to the letter. I am on the third bottle and my gas mileage has not changed at all. The bottles are also designed with a fat and wide "mouth" and is very difficult to pour into your gas tank. It should have been designed with a narrower and longer neck or spout. They have a return policy and I have not investigated getting my money back. More time I don't have. This product was reviewed (you could see the exact shaped bottle, although the name had tape over it-strange) on a major TV network along with other gas "savers" and all were noted as a waste of money and do not live up to their claim.
For the $$ spent, you are better off getting a professional tune up and/or fuel injection service and using a lighter foot on the gas pedal.
