«Classy case for a classy multimedia player!»
This case is really good. I did some shopping around before I settled with this one. I bought this at the same time I bought my 120 GB Zune, as I wanted it protected from day one. My son has a Zune also and his case is a silicone sleeve, which I don't really like because it doesn't fit that well and you have to remove the zune from the sleeve if you plug it into a dock, which is kind of hard to do. The Incipio case holds and protects the Zune very well and the flip top is nice because you can fold it all the way over or when you want to close it, it has magnets that hold it closed. So far, I haven't seen any problems with the magnets and the Zune's hard drive. I've seen magnets render all information on a hard drive useless before and these do not bother the Zune for some reason.
This case sells for about $17 on Amazon, which I think is an outstanding value for something that protects your expensive investment! The next comparable case to this one is a $75 italian leather case...in my opinion, this one looks just as good.
Lastly, the Zune is held securely with this case, yet, when you need to take it out, say to put in a docking station, it comes out really easy. All ports are accessible with the case on and I can't think of anything I don't like about it!

«Works»
It works, it's durable, and it doesn't seem like it will break, unlike the acryllic zune case.
The only downside would probably be that the belt clip doesn't twist like on the acryllic one, but at least I am confident that the clip won't just pop off and let the zune go flying!

«Poor construction, poor customer service»
I previously owned an earlier version of the Zune, which was a larger size than the new 80 gb model. I had an Incipio case for that Zune that I was quite happy with. I ordered a new Incipio case for the my smaller 80Gb Zune, but was quite disappointed with the workmanship for this product. Although the leather seems to be of reasonable quality, the assembly and stitching was awful. The plastic cover is sewn on crooked.
I thought it would be easy to get this obviously defective product replaced. But the vendor's policy on returns is that it must be processed within two weeks, which seems like a ridiculously short time period. (I was on vacation and didnt get a chance to look this product over until two weeks after it arrived.) So now I'm stuck with this defective product. Dont make the same mistake I did.
