The case arrived on time in new condition. It has a semi hard shell and my passport fit tight the way I would want it to. The perfect case for it.

«Bad experience»
I bought this product for my HD Western Digital My Passport hard drive, and it arrived with a broken zipper. It didn't seem like the hard drive would have fit comfortably in the case, either, despite the fact that it's supposedly made with this hard drive in mind. I returned it to Amazon and intend to get a better product from another company instead.
