«feels like torture device»
The headband is flat on top so the entire weight of the headband is pressing down on one spot on the head. My head started to hurt within minutes of putting it on. I tried to round the flat part but it wouldn't bend and I tried extending the sides but that didn't help either. I returned the product.
At the time, I submitted this review, there was a picture of a man wearing the headset. Since the man is bald, it is obvious that the headset is resting on just one point on his head. He loves the product so I guess it depends on your pain threshold.

The headset for the most part was pretty good. It was very comfortable, the USB connection was cool. The only problem I have with mine is, I can not control the volume from the switch on the cord, the mute button works, but not the volume. I have to go into volume control and set the volume level there. Pain. Other than that great headset.
