Product is great. We tested this product during heat and rain. We even tested it with the visor up at 50 miles an hour. System works exceptionally well. One comment on the microphone, use the enclosed hook and loop and position the mic just above your top lip. To much movement will cause the wires to break and need resoldering.

Headset Kit appears to be of good quality but there are too many connections and the wires are way too long. I think they are long enough to be dangerous due to entanglement while riding. If I cannot cut the wires to a reasonable length I will never use the product.

Nice product, I use it for motorcycle riding communication I wish the volume was better but it works. You may have to use two face tape to keep the mic in place. All in all worth the money.
